Safety

At Austek Personnel, safety comes first. We recognize that we share a duty with host employers to place workers into safe workplaces and actively work towards eliminating hazards in the workplace. This is achieved through frequent consultation with host employers and workers, as well as visits to host employer sites by our OH&S Coordinator during which safety is assessed and any concerns are discussed.

Our consultants visit all host employer sites as part of the recruitment process. This enables us to better understand our clients' requirements as well as allowing us to detect any safety concerns at an early stage. Annual site visits are conducted once candidates are placed with a host employer.
