Permanent placement fees are payable for any successful candidate introduced by Austek Personnel. Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's annual package. Our service is backed by a guarantee to ensure client satisfaction*. In addition, advertising is offered free of charge, unless you require specific or branded advertising.

For multiple placements, fees can be negotiated by speaking to one of our consultants.

Contract Recruitment

Contract placements are ideal for short or long-term projects. Our fees are based on an hourly Charge Out Rate which is inclusive of Superannuation Guarantee Levy, Workers Compensation Insurance, Public Liability & Products Insurance and State Payroll Tax.
